Change of property utility account details (council tax, electricity & water). Opening bank accounts, arranging insurances & other administration services. Assistance with finding architects, employing professional electricians, plumbers, carpenters & builders. Plus we can provide you with contacts for Sky satellite installation, telephone, internet & much more.
We can arrange for you farm to be ploughed (approximately 30 euros per hour for tractor & farmer). This is recommended to conserve the natural beauty of the area and reduce fire risk. Generally the land is ploughed in the late Spring with the almond harvest collected in September/ October and the olive harvest in December/ January.
